33rd Richmond Buddha’s Light Scout Group 33rd Richmond Buddha’s Light Scout Group, Pacific Coast Council The 33rd Richmond Buddha’s Light Scout Group was founded on October 26, 2000.

Over the past decade, the group has grown from under thirty members to over a hundred today. With the kind support from Vancouver International Buddhist Progress Society (V.I.B.P.S.) of British Columbia, the group offers full spectrum (Beaver, Cubs, Scouts, Ventures and Rovers) of Scouts Canada program for youth 5 to 26 years old and adult volunteers. Our dedicated team of experienced leaders works hard to encourage and guide youth development through community service and youth leadership.

Starting off 2025 with some much needed winter adventure! Despite the low snowfall in January for the Metro Vancouver region, we embraced the thrills of tobogganing as a group. All sections (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers & Rovers) had fun with our scouters and parents. Here's to a fun 2025 ❄️
