You don't have to be alone! Join with other parents the last Monday of the month to find support and ideas from others who are on the same journey.

Parents Lifeline of Eastern Ontario (PLEO) offers a FREE in-person drop-in support group for rural Ottawa parents of children ages 13 to 25 facing mental health or addiction challenges.

Held every last Monday of every month from 6:30pm-8pm. Held in partnership with Willow Wellness in Richmond.
