609 Steveston Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Cadets 609 Steveston RCACS parades every Wednesday from 1800-2130. Who are we?

609 is a unit of the Air Cadet program in Richmond, BC. Everyone here is family.

With around 100 members, 609 offers a fun and unique experience for teens between the age of 12 to 19. From the newest recruit to the oldest alumni, we're a tight knit group! Not interested in simply learning to fly planes? Play in our marching band, learn about CPR with our First Aid team, ace your next presentation with our effective speaking sessions, experience trusting your team members in our Drill team, maybe even discover how to shoot an air rifle on our Range team!

Our squadron’s parade night was spent at the Splitsville Richmond bowling alley, as our cadets bonded together. Everyone, cadets, NCOs, and officers had plenty of fun at this event. We give a huge thank you to the SSC for sponsoring and organizing this fun out trip for the squadron, and we cannot wait for more fun activities to come as our squadron grows bigger.

Steveston Classic is almost here! 🏀🔥

The round robin and playoff schedules are now out! Please check the schedule to see what time your team is playing and make sure to arrive early so you’re ready before your game.

For round robin, you’ll be playing the team that was drawn into your pool - check the schedule to see your matchup. In case you missed the live draw, the recorded video can be found on our Instagram page.

For playoffs, W = Winner and L = Loser. We can’t wait to see everyone this Saturday. Good luck to all teams and have an amazing tournament! 🎉⛹️‍♂️
