Blanket BC Society collects blankets, socks, pillow cases, scarves, toques, mitts and gloves for shelter programs all across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Warmth” Gregory Ould and his son Benjamin, Co-Founders of Blanket BC, started their perennial Blanket Drive officially in the winter of 2005 collecting only 67 blankets. Award winning Blanket BC is a house hold name now and continues t

o collect for shelter programs and families in need. Blanket BC also raises awareness regarding homelessness, poverty and social economic issues in our communities. While there will always be someone in need, Blanket BC will be there to support those who are hands on with these harsh issues. !

We are always excited to visit the Gandy Installations Family. They and their customers never disappoint. Collecting hundreds (if not thousands) over the last many years. These blankets were handed out the same day and will help to keep people warmer and feel a bit more loved over the holidays. Thank you Gandy Fam!

All packed up an ready to go! The blankets are off to the shelters across the lower mainland to keep people warm on the streets! Thank you to everyone who donated this year to help us support Blanket BC. Merry Christmas Eve everyone!

Lake BC today has been dropping off hundreds of blankets in the downtown Eastside to help those stay warm over the Christmas holidays. Blessings to all.

Most people wanna be sheltered in place and they don’t wanna go out in this nasty weather, but that’s when Blanket BC shines. We are out handing out blankets to people in need of warmth and not only that we provide love and compassion. Stay warm and safe out there folks!
