You don’t have to be “at your worst” to deserve support.

“Being There Starts Here: Why Mental Health Support Matters” explores what it really means to show up for yourself and others—before things fall apart.

This blog highlights why mental health support isn’t just for crisis moments, but for everyday life: building resilience, creating space to talk, and learning how to actually be there for people in a real way.

Because being present starts long before anything breaks. 💛

New to wrestling and not sure what you’re walking into?

“Girls Who Grapple: What to Expect at Your First Practice” breaks it all down so you don’t have to feel intimidated before you even start.

From warm-ups and technique to the awkward first moments, this blog walks you through exactly what a beginner practice actually looks like—and why everyone in the room was once in your shoes too.

If you’ve been curious but nervous, this is your sign to step in anyway. 💪

Quitting always looks easier right before the breakthrough.

“Girls Who Grapple: ‘I Almost Quit’” is about the moments no one sees—the doubt, the frustration, the voice telling you to stop—and what it takes to stay anyway.

This blog follows the reality behind growth in wrestling: not linear, not pretty, but powerful. It’s about choosing to keep showing up even when you don’t feel good enough, strong enough, or ready.

If you’ve ever been one step away from walking out, this story is your reminder of why you stayed. 💥

Strength over shrinkage. Power over perfection.

“Girls Who Grapple: Strong > Skinny” is a reminder that your body isn’t something to minimize—it’s something to build, trust, and use.

This blog dives into the shift from chasing appearance to chasing capability: what it means to feel strong on the mat, take up space without apology, and redefine what “fit” actually looks like for girls in sport.

If you’ve ever felt pressured to look a certain way instead of perform a certain way—this one’s for you. 💪

Wrestling isn’t always where you expect to find yourself—but sometimes it’s exactly where you’re meant to be.

In our latest blog, “Girls Who Grapple: ‘I Didn’t Think Wrestling Was for Me’”, we explore the journey of stepping into a space that doesn’t always feel built for you at first—and discovering strength, confidence, and community on the other side.

From self-doubt to growth, and from hesitation to grit, this is a story about what happens when girls decide to stay in the room anyway.

Read the full post now and see what changes when you give yourself permission to try.
