Turning ideas into action! ⚡️

A huge shoutout to our incredible YELP members forbringing their creativity, energy, and teamwork to the D’Arcy Family Fun Day!

Building on what they learned from their recent workshops, our youth took the lead and turned their own original game booth ideas into reality. From designing and setting up to running the activities, they worked together to create 4 unique and interactive game booths for residents and families to enjoy.

More than just games, they created opportunities for connection, laugther, andunforgettable memories within the community. ❤️

We are so proud of their teamwork and dedication, and we can‘t wait to see what they accomplish next! 💪

Teamwork put to the test! 🔐🎲

Our YELP members took on an exciting Escape Room challenge, working together to solve puzzles, communicate, and think creatively under pressure. We wrapped up the day with some board games, lots of laughs, and friendly competition!

A fun day of strengthening teamwork, communication, and connections outside the classroom. 👏🏻✨

📣✨ YELP Session 3: Communication & Presentation Skills ✨

Strong leaders know how to communicate with confidence, collaborate with others, and share ideas that make an impact. 💬🎤

During our third Youth Empowerment Leadership Program (YELP) session, participants took part in a variety of interactive activities that encouraged teamwork, group discussions, and active participation. They explored practical communication and presentation techniques while building the confidence to express their ideas clearly and effectively.

We also discussed the importance of communication in community leadership—because creating positive change starts with listening, understanding, and working together. ❤️

We can’t wait to see our youth apply these skills as they continue developing their community projects. Stay tuned for what’s next! 🌟

✨ Another successful YELP session! 🚀

Our second Youth Empowerment Leadership Program (YELP) session was filled with learning, collaboration, and new ideas! 💡🤝

A heartfelt thank you to Christina Li for facilitating an engaging Event Management Workshop 📋, where participants learned the essential steps to plan and execute successful events. We also explored the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) 🤖 and discovered how AI tools can enhance productivity, creativity, and project planning.

Now it’s time to put these skills into action! 🌟 Our youth will be applying what they‘ve learned to develop and plan their own community projects that will create a positive impact. Stay tuned to follow their journey! ❤️🙌

The MonSee Fair was a massive success, and it was 100% youth-powered.

First, a huge round of applause for the 26 members of our Youth Empowerment Leadership Program. These leaders didn’t just help—they planned, managed, and executed every single detail of this event. Seeing your vision come to life was the highlight of our year! 🏆

But we also know that big dreams require a big team. To the incredible youth volunteers who joined us on the day of the event: thank you for your energy and hard work! Whether you were greeting guests, running booths, or assisting behind the scenes, you were the heartbeat of the fair.

The MonSee Fair wasn‘t just an event; it was a masterclass in what happens when we trust youth to lead the way. 🚀
