Congratulations to the Canadian Carwash Association , named a 2026 Impact Awards winner in the Community Service, Local Impact and Giving Back category for Car Wash for a Cure!

Launched in partnership with CSRO in 2023, Car Wash for a Cure brings Canada’s car wash industry together to support spinal cord injury research and raise awareness about injury prevention.

The connection is an important one: nearly half of spinal cord injuries are caused by motor vehicle crashes.

Each May, participating car washes donate a portion of sales, collect customer contributions, host local events and help carry the message into communities across Canada.

We’re proud to partner with the CCA on this growing national initiative—and grateful to every operator, associate, customer and community member helping turn a car wash into meaningful impact.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this well-deserved recognition!

On Saturday, we crossed the finish line of our journey to 100KM in 100 Days - but for people living with spinal cord injury, it doesn't end there.

Throughout Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month, we’ve been talking about the challenges that can continue long after the initial injury. Chronic pain. Pressure injuries. Infections. Cardiovascular complications. Autonomic dysreflexia. These secondary complications can have a profound impact on health, independence and quality of life - and they’re why research continues to matter.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday, to every person who walked, wheeled, donated, shared and cheered us on, and to our incredible sponsors who helped make this year’s event possible.

The kilometres may be complete, but the opportunity to make an impact isn’t.

You can still donate to 100KM in 100 Days and help fund research working toward better treatments, better outcomes and a better future for people living with spinal cord injury.

Because 100 kilometres has a finish line. Our commitment to curing spinal cord injury doesn’t.
