Our next SHEspars event will be at host gym Kingdom Muay Thai

This is extra meaningful as we come together to celebrate International Women’s Day — honouring the strength, resilience, and power of women in our community.

From first-timers to seasoned fighters, this space is about building skill, confidence, and connection — together.

We’ll also be collecting unopened sanitary products to donate to local organizations supporting women and families in need. If you’re attending, please consider bringing pads, tampons, liners, or menstrual cups (new/unopened).

Let’s make impact — inside and outside the ring. ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for sharing your Sunday with us.

Good morning, Readers!

A highlight of the Play The Game conference was having the privilege to hear Caster Semenya share her powerful story of fighting for the right to compete without altering her body. I had a quick moment to catch a photo with her, apparently on the way back from a snack run.

You can watch a recording of a panel session she took part in with two other athletes who have also been harmed by World Athletics' regulations, Annet Negesa and Evangeline Makena. Visit the link below and find the video titled 'Athletes' power: Owning their narrative, shaping a collective future':
