Got this question, but I did not find any info for the person. Is anyone able to help, please see photo below.

Going through my late fathers belongings I ran across a box ot trout flies that were tied by a resident of Rexton. Handwritten on the top of the box is the date 10-17-73, and the name of the individual that tied them. Can't quite make out the name, but it looks like it may be Art Sido (?). If you have any information about who this might be I would like to return them to either him or one of his family members.
