Gimli Bible Camp is located - you guessed it - near Gimli, Manitoba. What you may not have guessed is that Gimli Bible Camp is over 95 years old! That’s amazing! That is a lot of years telling people about Jesus. We praise God for all of those faithful years of service to Him, and all of those years of God’s faithfulness to them!

This summer they will continue to need God’s faithfulness as they seek to tell the story of His goodness to many children who go to camp there. Let’s spend some time praying for them and all of their needs.

Thanks for praying with us for so many of these wonderful camps!

We have AIR CONDITIONING!! Thanks to your generous donations and grants, air conditioning is now installed in all our cabins and staff housing. We are excited for the comfort this will bring to everyone with very hot days and nights this summer.

Well rested campers and staff mean better health, energy, ability to focus and ability to learn. There are so many positives and we have so much to be thankful for! Thanks everyone and thank you to our good God!

After a week of camp, we are all pretty tired and could use a break! If you’d like to spend a weekend at Red Rock, how about volunteering to cook for the staff? All you have to do is reheat leftovers (although we always welcome more!)

There is only 6 days till our first camper week starts, and only 2 days till our first family camp starts!

We are beyond excited for this summer and all we have planned for your kids!

A late but amazing update!! YOU, Cyclathon people, raised over $86,000 for camp and campers. Amazing!!

Thank you for your hard work both raising the money and cycling or volunteering! We are so very grateful and the many campers will be as well! You’ve helped build this place so that many kids can have an amazing week each summer as they will learn about rich life in Christ!!

Starting Thursday, the size of our staff is going to swell to 80 people! It is staff training time - a very important time in the life of the camp.

Staff training is essential so that our team is ready to give campers the best, most safe, and fun week of their year! Learning important procedures, how to handle various situation, safety training, plan to protect are all some very important sessions that we cover. We also go through games, drills, lessons, skills, songs and so much more so we are on top of the various activities we have every day. Most importantly, we prepare our hearts and minds to model and lead others in the way of Jesus - love, sacrifice, forgiveness, compassion, joy, and so very much more!

Please pray for a rich and meaningful time of connecting, learning, practicing and preparing for the hundreds of campers that come here this summer!

Thank so much for praying and participating in this ministry with us! His camp, His work - to God be the Glory!
