🎉 We just launched the 2026–27 call for proposals for community-based projects through the New Horizons for Seniors Program. If your organization supports older Canadians, you can now apply for funding!

Stay up to date by checking out our four key updates! 👇
- doubling the maximum grant amount to $50,000 per project
- establishing a new assessment criterion to encourage applications from organizations with a mandate or mission primarily focused on seniors
- requiring a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) business number
- encouraging use of the Grants and Contributions Online Services (GCOS) portal for applications

Come connect with friends, neighbours, and community members while learning more about the exciting work happening through Age-Friendly initiatives. The evening will feature information about Social Prescribing, a short video presentation, coffee and snacks, and a door prize.
