🧡 Every Child Matters

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day, we honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and acknowledge the lasting impacts of residential schools.

APSS remains committed to Truth and Reconciliation and to Call to Action #19—working toward measurable progress in closing health gaps and improving access to culturally appropriate health services for Indigenous communities.

To support reflection and learning, our offices are closed today so staff can take part in activities and learning opportunities of their choice. The Needle Exchange remains open to serve visitors.

Reconciliation requires listening, learning and action—today and every day.

Hi everyone!

Our 3 students have organized a fundraiser for us. They have put together 4 baskets with all products donated from local businesses here in Regina.

The Movie and Munchies Basket, Cozy, Sweet and Chic Basket; and Feel Good Favourites Basket are $5/ticket. The Prairie BBQ Basket is $10/ticket.

The winner will be drawn for each basket on Facebook live October 7. Winners must be able to pick up their basket from APSS in the afternoon of October 7 or during the day October 8.
