Saskatchewan Down Syndrome Society To enhance the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, awareness and education to ensure full participation

We are the family and friends of children with Down syndrome. We started in 2002 as a group of parents who wanted to offer support to other parents facing similar challenges and opportunities. We wanted to enhance the quality of life for our families and our children by enabling full participation in our communities. Extended families and friends joined in. We’re not surprised by our fast growth -

we’re a very desirable community to be a part of! Our roots have been parent-focused, but we’re continually evolving. We look forward to watching our children grow and seeing the contributions they make and leadership they lend to our organization in the future.

Thank you to everyone who attended Regina’s 3-2-1 Run, Walk, and Roll event. You helped raise $ 4,372.97 for the Saskatchewan Down Syndrome Society. There were 90 participants who all enjoyed the walk, weather and community. We love hosting events and can not wait to do it all again in Saskatoon on June 20th. There is still time to register your team.

There will be adaptive equipment on-site for ALL Abilities
Soccer chair guards for both Manual and Power Chairs (these can also be attached to a walker)
Adaptive Soccer balls - sensory, noise making and low to no bounce

This is going to be such a fun morning with local coaches and athletes from FCRegina Soccer Club who participate in both SuperKickers Soccer and the FCRegina Rangers PowerChair Soccer teams
