Regina Early Learning Centre Founded in 1977 the Regina Early Learning Centre is a child and family development centre that provid Located in Treaty 4 Territory and Homeland of the Metis.

The ELC supports the healthy development of young children by providing a wide range of education and support services for young children and their families. The centre was created to work in partnership with parents to help create brighter futures for children, families and our community as a whole. Our programs include the following:

We have the best staff that care so deeply for the children and families we work with. From classroom teachers to home visitors to EYFRC facilitators everyone works with deep respect and partnerships to make sure that everyone is treated with respect and kindness.
Without these talented people the RELC would not be the amazing place that it is. Send a thank you to your special educator that has made you feel important.
