☀️ Making the most of summer with some fun adventures in the community! 💙

Isaac and Jaxson recently had the opportunity to visit Wander’s Tiny Farm, where they got up close with some new furry friends and even helped feed the calves! 🐮

The summer adventures continued as Isaac and Stanley headed to Folkfest 2026 to experience the cultures, traditions, food, and celebrations from around the world. 🌎

We love seeing the children get out into the community, try new things, and make special memories together!

What has been your favourite summer outing this year? ☀️

Thank you, Casey, for sharing your creation with us! 🌟

Has your child created their masterpiece yet? We’d love to see it! 🎨

☀️ Summer fun at Rosewood! 🌭🎈

Our 3rd Annual Rosewood Family BBQ was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the amazing families who are part of our Hope’s Home community! 💙

Families enjoyed hot dogs and snacks, balloon animals, temporary tattoos, stickers, and plenty of summer fun. We were also excited to welcome some special visitors from the local fire department and police service!

A big thank you to Balloon Bar YQR for donating the beautiful balloon arch that helped make the celebration extra special. 🎈

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another memorable Rosewood Family BBQ. We loved spending the day together and celebrating our Hope’s Home families!

Meet Oliver

Oliver came to Hope’s Home less than a year ago, and in that short time, we’ve watched him make incredible progress. His journey is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a child is surrounded by the right care, support, encouragement—and people who believe in them.

But there’s so much more to Oliver than his progress. He is truly an amazing little person, and we can’t wait for you to get to know him. Click the link to read Oliver’s story and discover just how amazing he is. You might just find yourself cheering him on, too.

🎨👾 From playdough and slime to pottery!

Our school-age children have been loving hands-on sensory activities, so we took their creativity to the next level with a pottery excursion!

During the class, the children learned how to squeeze, roll, pinch, and shape clay to create their very own clay monsters. 🏺 The experience gave them a chance to explore their imaginations while developing fine motor skills, patience, independence, and creativity.

The excitement didn’t end when the class did. Families shared that the children were still talking about their pottery adventure later that evening! 💙

A big thank you to the Margo Fournier Art Centre for welcoming our group and helping our little artists bring their clay creations to life!

🎡 A day at the EX to remember! 🎠

At the beginning of August, 15 children from Hope’s Home Supportive Living Homes across Saskatchewan came together for Shrine Kids Day at the Saskatoon EX!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Shrine Club, the entire day was funded, including ride wristbands for the children and staff and lunch for everyone. The EX staff also helped make the day extra special by giving our children the time and support they needed to enjoy the rides. And when there wasn’t a lineup, sometimes that meant getting to go around again!

It was an amazing day filled with rides, laughter, new experiences, and plenty of summer memories.

A huge thank you to the Shrine Club for hosting Shrine Kids Day and giving our children such an unforgettable experience! 💙

Did you make it to the EX this year? What was your favourite part? Let us know in the comments! 🎢

☀️ What an unforgettable week at Camp Hope #1 at Echo Valley Provincial Park! 💙

Our children from Hope's Home Supportive Living Homes enjoyed an incredible summer getaway filled with laughter, friendship, and adventure. From splashing through a foam party, racing down slip and slides, and bouncing in the bouncy castle to exploring the beach, checking out RCMP vehicles, and cooling off with some water hose fun thanks to the Fort Qu’Appelle Fire Department, every moment was packed with fun!

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Echo Valley Provincial Park for always making us feel so welcome, A1 Rentals for the bouncy castle, Fairy Frozen Frosted Treats for helping make the week even sweeter, and the Fort Qu’Appelle Fire Department for joining in on the summer fun!

Thank you to everyone who helped create such a special experience for the children we serve. 💙
