As students, we want a quality work environment for faculty so our professors can provide a quality educational environment to us.
We call for the University of Regina to address the precarious work situation facing sessional instructors, to maintain the Universityโs research mission and to provide a fair wage model that keeps up with the rate of inflation.

Any member who chooses to participate in the picket line will be eligible for strike pay of $300 a week under the CUPE National Strike Fund Regulations. Money paid is compensation for lost wage for those who participate in job action by carrying-out strike related duties, such as supporting the URFA picket line.
