Summer Wellness with Cindy Kowalchuk, PT

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Saturday morning in beautiful Wascana Park!
Guided by Cindy Kowalchuk, RWN member and co-owner of The Nexus Movement, which is a new amalgamation between Fly Fitness & Aerial Arts and Pyramid Fitness – the session will begin with a light, beginner-friendly 30-minute introduction to kettlebell fitness class. This session is designed for all experience levels; no prior experience or fitness background is required! Modifications will be offered, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace.
Following the session, we’ll enjoy a leisurely group walk around Wascana Lake, offering time to connect, unwind, and take in the fresh air and scenery.
For those who wish to continue the conversation, there will be an optional opportunity to gather for coffee or lunch at The Willow following the walk (not included as part of the formal event).
This is a wonderful opportunity to step outside, enjoy the warmer weather, and make connections with fellow members in an uplifting yet relaxed setting.
About Cindy: About Cindy – Cindy is a certified Canfit Pro Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Trainer and lead bungee instructor. She is known for her uplifting energy and passion for making movement accessible to anyone, including those with limited mobility. She is passionate about serving others and understands how it feels to be afraid to step into a fitness space and once avoided working out herself due to her fear of being mocked or judged. That lived experience fuels her commitment to coach with encouragement, creativity and functional movement, assisting clients with building confidence, moving with ease and rediscovering joy in their bodies so they can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Whether its blending kettlebell training with martial arts conditioning, the playful freedom of soaring with bungee fitness, or coaching individuals towards new goals, Cindy leads with compassion, expertise and a genuine belief that fitness should feel good – not intimidating.
