United Way Regina

United Way Regina UWR is dedicated to improving lives and building a strong, inclusive, and thriving city for everyone.

United Way Regina is advancing community well-being with approaches that are designed to address the root causes of many of the problems we face as a community in the areas of education, income, and health— the building blocks to a good life. Because education is an all-powerful factor in preventing issues like poverty, violence and crime, United Way Regina places a strong focus on ensuring Regina

's kids get the support they need to be ready for school, to grow essential learning and literacy skills, and to stay in school and on track for on- time graduation-- while continuing to help provide everything kids need so they can learn without distraction: stable housing, healthy food, mentors and many other services

United, we can move people from poverty to possibility, help kids be all that they can be, and build a stronger community.

When the amazing volunteers from John Deere Foundation of Canada rolled up their sleeves, 10,024 books didn’t just get moved, they got a chance to reach the children who need them most. They unboxed, sorted, and packaged and “Deere-livered” them to deserving schools! 📚 ✨

It’s a reminder that a few dedicated hands can set thousands of stories in motion and that every act of giving helps drive change forward. ❤️
