Argyle North Community Association Argyle Park, Englewood and Hawkstone are all subdivisions located in the north end of the city of Regina. The amount of time you volunteer is totally up to you.

The Argyle North Community Association operates out of the Argyle North Community Centre and provides community programming within the Argyle Park, Englewood and Hawkstone area. These are a small close-knit group of communities perfectly suited to a family-oriented lifestyle. The Argyle North Community Association Board is operated by a group of volunteers. The majority of the Board work full-time and still wish to donate some time back to their community. The Board is a great opportunity for community members to volunteer. We meet once a month from September to June for about one to two hours. The Board would encourage all members of Argyle Park, Englewood and Hawkstone to come and give us your input. Our Community Centre is located across the street from St. Timothy School and attached to Dr. Hanna School. The address is 35 Davin Crescent. We have an active community centre with programs and rentals occurring on a regular basis. Programs are offered to all ages, including programs like preschool, physical activities (floor hockey, dance, yoga) and arts/crafts. All programs are cost effective, with some being offered free through sponsorship from the City of Regina and Saskatchewan Lotteries.

We have two spooky good events for you and your family this Halloween at Wascana Centre!

👻 Saturday, October 31 – Spooktacular!

Join the Wascana Centre ecology team for a celebration of Halloween and animals, perfect for the whole family!

⏰ 1 - 4 p.m.
📍 Wascana Place (2900 Wascana Drive)

🔍 This year our theme is “Survival of the Fittest.” With the threat of an impending mass extinction, can you solve the challenge room and make it through the afternoon?

In addition, we have some other great activities to look forward to:

🦎 See live animals from Prairie Aquatics and Exotics
🦉 Owl pellet and animal dissections
🎃 Halloween crafts
🧪 Spooky experiments with EYES

🎃 Sunday, November 1 – Pumpkin Way

Bring your jack-o-lantern to the Queen Elizabeth II Gardens from noon - 4 p.m.

✨ They will be lit up for an amazing display for everyone to enjoy from 4 - 8 p.m.
🦙 Fenek Farms will also be on-location with a small petting zoo from 4 - 6 p.m.!

Both events are free of charge.

Get ready. Tricks and Treats is back at Government House this October! 🎃

✅ No fee or registration required

🦸 Dress up in your Halloween costumes and head to Government House for an afternoon of free, family fun!

🍬 Trick or treat throughout the many rooms within the former home of the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan, restored to its 1905 charm. (While supplies last. First come, first served.)

🪄 Enjoy a family friendly Halloween magic show featuring one of Saskatchewan’s best family magic acts, Danny Kazam!
