100+ Women Who Care Regina 100 + Women Who Care Regina is a group of women who care about the community. The group gathers 4/year for a 1 hr mtg to select 1 local group to support.

100 Women Who Care Regina is a group of fabulous women from Regina and surrounding area who gather together for 1 hour 4 times per year. 3 charities are allowed to pitch their charities to the membership and after a vote by the membership, a charity is chosen and each member writes a cheque for $100. It is fabulously simplistic yet such an impact. 100 Women...1 hour...$100 = $10,000 raised for a local charity!

Last night, the chosen recipient was Sofia House. Members, please send in your e-transfers to [email protected] or head to their website and donate via credit card. You can even choose where your dollars are being allocated to: housing, food, programs, etc. Be sure to email us your receipt number so we can verify that you have donated.

We are launching into our first meeting of 2026!

Our success is entirely driven by our membership over 200+ committed women and we're excited to get the new year rolling with nominations.

Let's take some time to wrm our hearts and send in a nomination form for a deserving, local charity! We also would like to ask you ito bring a friend to the next meeting so they can see what you are doing to connect with the community.

This is what you want for lunch today! Everyone who tried it yesterday said it was "excellent", "fantastic", "award winning", "amazing" and "perfect". Juicy, tasty... soooo yummy. See you at lunch?

The kitchen is open 11 to 2 pm weekdays, and we are still open to sell things like coffee, pop and baking until 3.

We've got nice stuff for the vegetarians too. The lunch menu will be posted tomorrow.
