Four Directions Community Health Centre This is the official page of Four Directions Community Health Centre located on the corner of Dewdney Ave. and Albert St. in Regina, Saskatchewan.

(Formerly, the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, now part of the Saskatchewan Health Authority) Four Directions Community Health Centre is located at the corner of Dewdney Ave.and Albert St. The Centre features prenatal and parenting programs as well as Primary Health Care services. Stop by and pick up a calendar which features all of our programs and services.

Can you believe it's almost that time again? Our next Community Wellness Day is coming up in exactly three weeks 👻 Join us 10-2 on Monday Oct 26 at mâmawêyatitân centre!

It's a day off for the public schools, so bring the kids for fun activities, visit local agencies for support and info & have free lunch!

Anyone that wants to volunteer this week? We will have groups helping on Thursday evening at 6pm for people that are working during the day. Message or comment on this post if you’re available to help! If your wanting to donate money, food or your time all accepted especially earlier this week for the food and $ so we know how much we have to buy to feed 500.

Join the Al Ritchie Community Association for Monster Bash 2026 — an afternoon of Halloween fun for all ages with FREE entry!

October 24, 2026
1–3 p.m.
Core Ritchie Neighbourhood Centre
445 14th Avenue, Regina

Come for the treats and stay for the fun!
- FREE candy and costumes, while supplies last
- Photobooth
- Face painting
- Inflatable bounce house
- A magic show starting at 2 p.m.!

Wear your favourite costume, or come just as you are — everyone is welcome! Bring the family, invite a neighbour and help us make some Halloween memories.

Want to help spread the magic? We’re collecting clean, gently used costumes and unopened packages of individually wrapped candy for the approximately 400 people we expect to welcome. Message us to arrange a donation!

Here is the Saskatchewan Health Authority Wellness Bus schedule for October!
✅ Note that some days there is a Social worker only (no medical provider), and the Bus schedule can change last minute.
✅ Phoning ahead is a good idea: 306-766-7788 ext 4.

💜 Help Us Support Families in Our Community 💜

Our shelter is always in need of items that can help make a difficult time a little easier for the women and children staying with us.

We are currently looking for donations of things like women’s and children’s clothing, toys, household items, and other useful supplies. Every donation, big or small, can make a difference and is truly appreciated.

RTSIS Pumpkin Patch on October 21st, 6:00pm-9:00pm! Pick out your favourite pumpkin and take it home or stay and carve it with us, we’ll have all the supplies you need to get creative!
