Elements of Women's Self Defense
Friday March 27 6:30-7:50
St Angela Merici School
Women 16 yrs +
Cost is $15 plus membership

This 80-minute session focuses on stability/mobility, body hold releases and introduces punches as well as palm strikes.
The instructor is a retired police officer with experience in instructing both martial arts and police defensive tactics.
Please wear comfortable clothing and non-marking indoor running shoes. No watches or jewelry for safety reasons.
A water bottle is recommended.

Are you looking for a fun night out in the neighborhood? Would you like to meet some new people and hear some great live music?

Twin Lakes is excited to host a Cabaret night featuring the band Breaking Curfew and a midnight lunch on March 28th, 2026 at the Northwest Leisure Centre. Doors open at 8 pm.

Tickets are $25 and numbers are limited so get yours before they are gone.
