Our Mission

The Federation is a gathering of culinary leaders who strive for excellence and the recognition of their skills. The Regina Branch endeavors to provide support to Professional Cooks and Chefs by enhancing their knowledge and appreciation of the industry. We are patrons of youth, who want to enter the culinary field, by mentoring and supporting them and their training.
