Creating a simple Will shouldn’t be complicated.

Hospitals of Regina Foundation has partnered with Willfora, a free resource to help make creating or updating a simple Will easier than ever. Willfora allows you to create a legal Will online confidentially and securely in about 20 minutes, at no cost to you, giving you the power to support your family and causes that are important to you. This way, you can take care of those you love while leaving a legacy in support of our community’s health care.

To start your free Will right now, click here: https://give.willfora.com/charities/hospitals-regina-foundation. While Hospitals of Regina Foundation would be grateful to receive a legacy gift in your Will, this is not an obligation to use the Wilfora resource.

Welcoming a new baby to the family can be exciting, but for Rikki and Ethan Hayward, it was not only frightening but also a matter of life or death.

While their new son, Sonny, was being cared for in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Regina General Hospital, Rikki’s health took a turn for the worse.

Watch their incredible story of faith, courage, and determination, and see where they are at today.

This Stroke Awareness Month, we recognize the importance of knowing the signs of stroke and acting quickly when a stroke occurs.

Remember the FAST signs:

F – Face: Is it drooping?
A – Arms: Can you raise both?
S – Speech: Is it slurred or jumbled?
T – Time: Call 9-1-1 right away.

Knowing the FAST signs can help us respond when every minute matters.

The Teddy Bear Bash is back on June 27, 2026!

The Bash is a clinic where children’s favourite stuffed animal, doll, or creature can be cared for. Health care workers will take the kids and their toys on an educational journey through multiple stations. Each station focuses on a different element of health care including physical exams, limb casting, X-rays, physical therapy, and getting stitches. The goal is to minimize fears associated with visiting our hospitals and doctors. Join the Teddy Bear Bash in Wascana Park, by the Saskatchewan Legislative Building.

This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we recognize the importance of supporting men’s mental health and well-being.

Mental health is part of overall health, and no one should have to face challenges alone. Let’s continue to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma, and remind the men in our lives that support is available when they need it.
