🎉 Congratulations to the Swift Current Arts Council on 60 years of enriching the cultural life of Swift Current and southwest Saskatchewan!

As one of the original eight Arts Councils that helped establish OSAC in 1969, the Swift Current Arts Council has been a driving force for the arts for six decades. Over the years, they have presented more than 500 performances, exhibitions, and cultural events, welcomed countless artists to their community, and hosted OSAC's Showcase 7 times.

Thank you to the generations of volunteers, staff, artists, and supporters who have made this remarkable legacy possible. Here's to 60 years of arts, culture, and community—and many more to come! 🎭🎶🎨

Today OSAC's Visual Arts Manager is celebrating 15 years with us!

Over the past 15 years I’ve had the pleasure and honour to work with over 250 artists and 50 arts council communities to bring numerous exhibitions to communities across Saskatchewan. I have been fortunate to contribute to projects that spark creativity and create meaningful opportunities for people to engage with art in their own communities. Witnessing the ways people connect with creativity, with one another, and with their communities through the visual arts has been one of the greatest rewards of this work.
