Learning Together!

Our coaches explored Indigenous perspectives in sport, inclusive coaching, scaffolding skills, athlete engagement, supporting athletes with autism, Safe Sport and completed the Aboriginal Coaching Module —all to better support our Special Olympics athletes.

No matter what level of sport they are working at, coaches instill knowledge and skills that help athletes grow both on and off the field of play.

Special Olympics Saskatchewan extends our deepest condolences to the families, friends and the fellow service members of those who lost their lives in the tragedy at CFB Wainwright.

Our thoughts are also with those who were injured, their loved ones and the entire Canadian Armed Forces community during this difficult time.

We join Canadians across the country in mourning the tragic losses and offering our heartfelt sympathy and support.
