For more than 14 years, GYM has grown alongside young people and the North Central community. And as our work has grown, so has our story.

Our new website brings that story together.

From GYM Youth Development, where belonging, mentorship and opportunity begin, to the Building Futures Collective, where young people are building skills, gaining employment and creating new possibilities for their future.

Two connected pathways. One belief: when young people are given opportunities, communities become stronger.

Belonging isn’t just about having a place to go. It’s about knowing you have something to contribute.
Every year, GYM brings a crew of young people to volunteer at an aid station during the Queen City Marathon.
Yes, we hand out a lot of water—and make a lot of noise. 😄 But it’s about more than race day.
It’s a chance for young people to connect, contribute, and show the wider Regina community the energy and leadership they bring.
We’re building our crew again this year and we’d love to have you join us!
