Know before you go:

When you arrive at the Conexus Arts Centre for the Cosmopolitan Charity Fair & Auction this Saturday, you will be met with our team who will direct you on:

- Where/how to enter for the door prize. Feel free to fill out your name and phone number on your ticket prior to arriving, as that will be your entry into the door prize draw.

- Registration for the silent and/or live auction. You must register for a paddle number in order to bid on silent auction items and live auction items. If the line up is a bit long when you arrive, feel free to grab a cocktail and come back to register. Registration will continue as long as is required. Please see the Cosmopolitan Learning Centre’s table for any registration needs throughout the evening

- To find where you will be seated for the evening, please see the list of posted table numbers with the correlating company/individual name in the lobby area.

- 50/50 tickets will be sold as well as tickets for the Booze Wagon raffle (tickets for both raffles will be 10 for $20.00)! Please bring cash, or use the ATM machine on the premises.

- This year we have an exciting raffle opportunity called “Steal a Deal”! For $20.00 your ticket gives you the opportunity to choose ANY one silent auction item to take home, regardless of the top bidder! Only 108 “Steal the Deal” tickets will be sold so do not miss out! Please bring cash or use rhe ATM machine on the premises. If the ATM is out of service, please use the bar for cash back option.

Lastly, have a FUN AND SAFE evening and thank you for supporting our causes!!
