Mike Stefaniuk is the Director of Business Development (IoT and Digital Transformation) at SaskTel. He and his team are responsible for identifying and developing next generation services and business models, often working closely with customers and partners, with particular emphasis on IoT, Analytics, and AI. As the path of this journey is not clear and obvious, Mike and team must use a broad set of tools and techniques to identify and work through problems to come up with solutions.

This presentation will highlight some of the tools and approaches used to identify, test, validate, and implement these solutions, highlighting how to think and the importance of storytelling.
