Our Fundamentals program is all about learning the basics, building confidence, staying active, and most importantly — having FUN! Whether they’re brand new to multisport or ready to try something new, this is a great place to start. ❤️

🏊🚴🏃 Rise and Tri is here... and it's your final chance to race with Regina Multisport Club this season!

Join us on Sunday, August 16 at beautiful Wascana Park for an exciting day of racing, community, and fun. Whether you're chasing a new personal best, completing your very first triathlon, or cheering on the next generation through our Kids of Steel events, Rise and Tri has something for everyone.

Choose the challenge that's right for you:

🏅 Sprint Triathlon
• 750m swim at Wascana Pool
• 18.9km bike through Wascana Park
• 5km run on the scenic park trails

🌟 Try-a-Tri
• 300m swim
• 8km bike
• 2.5km run

👧👦 Kids of Steel events also available!

No matter your experience level, everyone is welcome. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or looking to complete your very first race, Rise and Tri is the perfect way to celebrate the season and experience the supportive Regina multisport community. The event features Sprint, Try-a-Tri, relay, and Kids of Steel options, making it a fun day for athletes and families alike.

🏅 Congratulations to all of our incredible Regina Multisport Club athletes who took on IRONMAN Canada–Ottawa on August 2! 🇨🇦

What an unforgettable day of racing in the heart of our nation’s capital! Athletes were treated to a spectacular course that showcased the very best of Ottawa—from a scenic swim in the Ottawa River, to a bike course winding through vibrant city streets and beautiful surrounding countryside, and a run through the energetic downtown core before an unforgettable finish at Major’s Hill Park beside the iconic Fairmont Château Laurier.

Whether it was your first IRONMAN or another finish line added to your journey, your months of dedication, early mornings, and countless training sessions all came together in an incredible accomplishment. We are so proud to have such an inspiring group representing Regina Multisport Club on one of Canada’s premier race courses.

A huge thank you also goes out to all the family members, friends, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who cheered our athletes on every step of the way. Your encouragement, energy, and unwavering support make these moments possible and remind us what an amazing community we have.

Congratulations to every athlete who crossed the finish line—you’ve earned every mile. 💙❤️
