CFR NIGHT 3 🪩🍁🎇🇨🇦🤠

Tonight we saw some incredible performances from all of the athletes and had the chance to honour Abbey Hartey’s year as MRC 2026 and celebrate our new Miss Rodeo Canada, Brooke Baehl! I am so proud and excited for 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐞𝐡𝐥 and she is truly the most deserving and wonderful person for the title. ❤️👑

Until next time, with grace, grit and glitter 💙

National day of the cowgirl celebrates all the different sides of cowgirls! 🤠🎀
I can be competing in pageants and delivering speeches about the rodeo community in the morning, out at a jackpot roping calves in the afternoon, and doing farm work and loading bales by the evening. Every cowgirl has multiple sides to herself and each part highlights the incredible work ethic and dedication women in agriculture and rodeo show- while looking great doing it! To me being a cowgirl is grace, grit and glitter… whether the glitter is from a queen outfit or it’s just sprinkles of hay everywhere depends on the day 😅

Women in rodeo, ranches and western roots!

From women who built ranches alongside their families to the athletes competing in breakaway roping, barrel racing, cutting, and every role behind the scenes, women have helped shape the western community for generations. We prove every day that grit and grace can go hand in hand.

Being a rodeo queen means so much more than wearing a crown. It’s about representing the values that make this community special—respect, sportsmanship, hard work, and giving back. The crown is a reminder that young girls deserve someone to look up to, someone who shows that you can chase big dreams while staying true to your western roots.

As Miss Alberta High School Rodeo Queen, I’m proud to represent not only the competitors in the arena, but every woman who helps keep rodeo going—whether she’s riding, roping, ranching, volunteering, or cheering from the stands.

Because when women succeed in rodeo, we inspire the next generation to believe there’s a place for them here too.

Until next time,
With grace, grit and glitter 🩷
