from a single-family home to apartment-style accommodation and a supportive living lifestyle people sometimes over-estimate how much living space they actually need. We have found that when residents realize how much actual living they do outside of their suites – participating in activities, dining, meeting with friends, going on excursions, etc. – many see a studio suite is ideal. Why pay for more space than you actually use? That’s just one of the many advantages of our casual resort lifestyle. Options that make sense:
Decorating: Short of permanent changes like moving walls, adding fixtures and changing flooring, you are free to decorate your suite to your taste. Adding your own personal items of furniture and artwork really make your suite your home. Pets: Pets can play a very important role in providing companionship and fostering a sense of purpose. At CollegeSide pets are allowed to live with or to visit residents. Residents must complete an application form if they are interested in having a pet live with them. Animals such as small birds, fish, cats and small to medium size dogs (under 30 pounds) are permitted. Private Dining Room: If you are planning a special celebration, or would just like to entertain your family and friends, we can offer a variety of meal options and the opportunity to have our private dining area booked for your celebration. Guest Suite: Currently, family and friends have access to renting the guest suite for a nominal fee when it is available. Advance booking is required. The guest suite can accommodate a maximum of two people.
