We are race ready for the 2026 Woody’s Triathlon tomorrow!

Our favourite view is the Hesterman Transition area, where all the action will be. Tomorrow, as athletes move through transition, we’ll be reminded of the people whose passion and dedication helped make this event what it is today.

Want to make a difference in an athlete's life? Volunteer at the Woody's Triathlon. Athletes rely on the encouragement of amazing volunteers. You can pick a shift time and role that interests you. Morning shifts available for adult events and afternoon shifts for youth events.

Get your training in tomorrow at the Aquathlon!

Ready for a fun race-day practice experience? This will give athletes the chance to practice their swim distance, transition and run on the real course, no bike required.

✅ Three times to register, any age at any time: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m.
✅ Cost: $10
✅ Not timed, focus on learning, confidence, and fun!

Athletes should bring:
• Bathing suit & goggles
• Towel
• Running shoes & clothes
