As we approach our conference, we are excited to shine a Spotlight on a local artist and advocate, Rosealin Winter-Drake ✨
Rosealin will be joining us to showcase some of her original and creative pieces, some being available for purchase at our conference! 🎨
Although Rosealin has been keeping her new artwork under wraps as a surprise to those attending the conference to get first look - we wanted to take this opportunity during FASD Awareness Month to highlight this unique and impactful painting, by Rosealin.

Here is a little bit about Rosealin, that she has asked us to share, in her own words: ⬇️
“I am a local artist with FASD.
The support workers at the Central Alberta FASD Network changed my life! For the first time in my life I am financially stable, independent, and living alone. My worker helps me with so much, including supporting my passion to be an artist, and start my own studio, Winter-Drake Atelier. The Central Alberta FASD Network made it possible for my work to be displayed and sold.”
Rosealin also added that she “wants to show how FASD impacted people can thrive when given the right supports.”
