Please read and share this post with any local vendors you know. A major scam is currently affecting numerous events and event centers across Central Alberta.

If you know anyone who runs a business that books vendor booth spaces, they have likely received a scam invoice or a fraudulent JotForm from various unauthorized sources.

Please double-check all invoices you receive. If you are not 100% sure an invoice is legitimate, verify it directly through official channels before making any payments.

There are two ways you can get involved right now:

🥞 Host a Pancake Breakfast: Want to host your own community breakfast? We’ll hook you up with the pancake mix, butter, and syrup! You just provide the grill and the neighbors.

🚜 Join the Parade: The parade hits the streets on Wednesday, July 15. Whether you're a local business or a community group, now is the time to get your float application in!

Join us April 24 for the 25th Annual Tarp Auction, a high-energy night where businesses compete in a live auction to back a driver in the North American Pony Chuckwagon and Chariot Races.
