This weather is good for the plants, but maybe not so good for an outdoor concert. For that reason we are unfortunately canceling tonight's Ross Street Patio Concert, as of now tomorrow's concert is still scheduled to go on, but tonight the rain beat us out. We hope you stay warm tonight, and we hope to see you out there tomorrow for the start of our June concerts! Tomorrow's artist is Mike Szabo and on June 5th we have Joey Pringle.

Recently the Alberta Foundation for the Arts released their findings regarding the impact of arts in Alberta in 2025. Us here at the arts council were happy to see the true impact of the arts on our society finally being shared in a digestible and public way. We felt that at least a few blurbs from this study were important to share here with you all. The arts impact every element of life all around the world and Alberta is no different, without art we would not have television, architecture, fashion, books, technology and so much more. It is important to fund and keep alive our arts and culture branches, as they keep us alive.
