The Red Deer Regional Health Foundation is incredibly grateful to receive a donation from the For Heaven's Sake Baseball Tournament in honour of Heaven Pearl Atkinson.

While Heaven's loss is deeply heartbreaking, it is a true blessing to see our community come together to celebrate her memory and create a lasting impact for other babies and families receiving care in the NICU. Through the generosity of everyone involved, Heaven's legacy will help support some of our most vulnerable patients and the specialized care they need.

Moments like these remind us that even in the face of profound sadness, something powerful and hopeful can emerge. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and shared in honouring Heaven. Her memory continues to inspire kindness, compassion, and care for others.

Celebrating 10 Years of Impact!

Since 2016, the Golf Fore the Cure Golf Tournament has helped bring hope, support, and practical assistance to those battling breast cancer through the Red Deer Hospital Clinical Breast Health program.

This year alone, an incredible $41,855.60 was raised to help cover basic needs such as groceries, transportation, and mastectomy pillows for individuals undergoing treatment and recovery.

Every dollar raised helps provide a hand up, empowering people to continue caring for themselves and their families during one of life's toughest challenges.

What a great day for healthcare in Central Alberta!
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of presenting keys to the Drapaka family and over $466,000 to supporters of the Red Deer Hospital Lottery at the Dream Home Key Presentation.

We celebrated three major prize winners, thanked them for their support, and recognized the incredible impact of everyone who purchased a ticket. Because of the community support for this lottery, the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation can fund critical medical equipment and help bring better healthcare to our community.

A heartfelt thank you to all our ticket purchasers and to our amazing partner, Sorento Custom Homes, for helping make this another record-breaking year!
