Mommy Connections introduces you to programs and services available within your community. Our classes provide a unique learning opportunity as well as a fun way to bond with your child and other moms in a social environment. Each week's 90 minute class offers a topic that is important to a new mom as well as something for moms to do with babies. This allows for a unique bonding opportunity with y

🥱 When the clock strikes midnight do you find yourself wide awake, trying to rock the baby back to sleep or coaxing your toddler back to bed? Are you tired of splashing cold water on your face and drinking late night coffee to stay awake? ☕️

We know motherhood requires flexibility, and honestly, sometimes that means finding unique ways to fill your cup whenever and however you can. That’s why we’ve created a brand-new program for all you bleary-eyed mamas. Join us for our first-ever Midnight Mommy Mingle Session!

Enjoy dim lights, herbal tea, and low stakes conversation all in the company of other tired mamas.

Messy hair, pyjamas, and slippers welcome!

Our Travelling Tots will be making art with Artribute Art School soon. 🤩

Artribute Art School offers ongoing, comprehensive and fun art classes for kids 5-18yrs old, and adults.

We cover a wide variety of art media and techniques, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and clay. Students learn about Art History and Contemporary art through the creation of art works which reflect different artists and styles, as well as, through experimentation and play.

While our role is to create the space and set the tone for connection, it is you incredible mothers who truly bring it to life. We have witnessed moms celebrating milestones together, supporting one another through challenging and exhausting times, and consistently demonstrating the remarkable love and compassion that defines this community. 🤍

👋 New here? Why hello! We are so glad you’re here and hope to see you in a class in our January and February session!

If you’re not familiar with Mommy Connections - we are the OG Mom Group (since 2009) and are all about connecting with other local moms & families, trying fun activities and learning from amazing local experts, all while your baby, toddler (or both) socialize with other littles their age.

Our classes take place in Red Deer and Sylvan Lake and classes are 6 weeks long with the same group.

Upcoming classes:

Mom to Be (all stages): psychologist, lactation consultation, pelvic physiotherapist, and more

Mom & Baby (0-9 months): music, infant sleep, postpartum mental health, infant massage, and more

Mini Movers (8-16 months): gymnastics, music, dance, open play, infant speech, and more

Travelling Tots (1.5 - 4 years): art, music, martial arts, and more

All classes include a professional mini photo session and one digital photo.
