❄️🥶 Brrrr! Santa & Mrs. Claus have checked the thermometer and they agree, it’s far too cold to be outside visiting today.
Please stay home, stay cozy, and keep those cheeks (and noses!) warm. Hot chocolate is now mandatory. ☕❄️

Claus for a Cause Summary 2024:

This past season was a whirlwind of jolly good fun, with 18 appearances. We took nearly 100 photos with families right in our own yard, making it the unofficial North Pole for local holiday cheer.🎅🧑‍🎄

More daycares this year meant we got to interact with a ton more little kids—and, let’s be honest, there's no better way to spread joy than to see their eyes light up when they spot Santa and Mrs. Claus. We also had the pleasure of taking photos with about 450 children at various events. No biggie. Just a small army of future believers.

Some of the most heartwarming moments? Johnathan's face lighting up like a Christmas tree when he saw us show up at his party. We’re talking excitement that could rival a kid on Christmas morning. Then there was the really shy child who melted our hearts when we managed to connect with them, proving that Santa’s magic can calm even the most nervous little ones.

And how could we forget the little one who leapt out of the car shouting, “Santa, I missed you!” before running straight into Tim’s arms? That moment was like our own personal Hallmark movie. Cue the happy tears.😭🥰

Oh, and spending time with our son Josh at his school was a highlight. Watching him interact with his friends and staff was pure joy. Of course, we made sure Santa saved his gift for last—so he could have more playtime, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Though, true to form, Josh wanted absolutely nothing to do with Mom or Dad once he had his toy. Thanks, kid. Santa’s feelings were a little hurt, but it’s fine.😐😂

To top off this season of giving, we are thrilled to share that we raised nearly $1900 for local community groups! It’s humbling to see how the spirit of Christmas can inspire generosity and kindness. Every appearance, every photo, and every smile helped make a difference. We're beyond grateful to everyone who supported us in this cause, and we can’t wait to continue spreading joy and giving back in the future. Here's to making next year even more magical.🎄

Santa sure kept busy spreading cheer around Red Deer yesterday! 🎅 Kicked things off with our fabulous friends at Sendero Centre. Then, we refueled with legendary smash burgers at Boardwalk Entertainment Centre . 🍔

Next, it was time for some local shopping at Junktiques - Home Decor and a pit stop at Solorzano Spa Cafe & Wine Bar - because even Santa needs self-care. 🍷🎁
