SSA's Edmonton branch staff had the pleasure of attending the 12th Annual Breaking the Silence Mental Health Walk and Run this past Saturday.

Over 1700 people gathered together to break the silence around mental health through walking, running, and just showing up! We were grateful to be one of many amazing organizations in attendance and loved being able to meet and connect with everybody.😃💜

SSA honour’s the resilience, diversity, and strength of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We also recognize the ongoing barriers many still face and the impact these challenges can have on mental health.

Let’s continue working toward a world where everyone is met with compassion, dignity and understanding.
