Stepping Stone Montessori Daycare – Proud Sponsor of the 2026 Kid Zone

Stepping Stone Montessori Daycare, led by Dr. Manaswitha Ajila Sharath and supported by her exceptional partners and staff, is the proud sponsor of this year’s Kid Zone at the Afro‑Caribbean Festival.

With four locations in Red Deer and one in Sylvan Lake, Stepping Stone continues to set the standard for high‑quality child care in Central Alberta.

Their facilities are phenomenal for children of all ages, offering safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can learn, explore, and grow.

We highly encourage families to experience their outstanding programs and trust Stepping Stone with the care and development of their children.

As President of the African Caribbean Centre of Central Alberta, Dr. Manaswitha is deeply committed to community, culture, education, and the empowerment of families.

Her leadership and dedication inspire all of us, and her continued investment in ACCoCA’s mission strengthens the cultural fabric of Central Alberta.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Manaswitha and her partners, and the entire Stepping Stone team for their remarkable support, generosity, and belief in community-building.

Their contribution makes the Kid Zone possible and ensures families enjoy a safe, joyful, and memorable festival experience.

Your commitment to community shines through every action.

We are truly grateful for the two trucks you generously loaned - two fully decaled and used to pick up festival items throughout the weekend, and the other proudly displayed at the festival to help promote our event and strengthen community engagement.

Your dealership consistently shows a gold heart for the community, and your staff went above and beyond, even participating in the parade as the King of the boat, delivering an amazing performance that brought joy and excitement to everyone watching.

Many thanks to Mike and the entire Southside team for your unwavering support, kindness, and generosity.

We are honoured to have you as partners and cannot wait to welcome you again on August 29th at the Afro‑Caribbean Heritage and Intercultural Conference at Red Deer Polytechnic - and of course at next year’s festival.
