Wild Brewing Co. Kombucha now available at the store for your enjoyment after taking in some time at the sanctuary or strolling through the store.
Another locally made product that we are proudly supporting. Come support your talented neighbours be it through their art, writing, or products. You might be surprised how much talent we have in our backyard.

Like I said … we have books and stuff & such things all about our favourite little gardeners. 🐝

1. Become a Community Scientist(we have books on this) 📕
2. Plant Native plants of your region (… more books on this) 📚
3. Give Bees a Safe Place ( 🐝 native bees that is) and we have lovely selection of locally made pollinator houses.
4. Avoid pesticides and herbicide ( icky stuff 😵)
5. Provide blomin’ trees (blooming trees that is)
6. Create a bee bath or bird bath with a rock or two in it . Tip: keep it clean or you can more harm then good.
7. Protect Ground Nesters ( Did you know that 70% of the worlds 20,000 species of bees -including our beloved bumble bee-live underground over winter)
8. Leave stems behind … in other words be a messy Gardner it’s okay to let things be.
9. Teach Tomorrows Little community scientists (GUESS What … we got books on that too 📖)
10. Let them 🐝

It’s the season of giving our pollinators some elbow room. Don’t forget our little native bees and lady bugs need that extra time to crawl out into the sunshine from fallen leaves and old garden debris. Enjoy the sunshine but hold off on the yard work just a little bit longer. 🐝 💛 🐞

New Creatures have arrived!!! Well the have, a great new line that assists families how to talk children about how process their emotions and that their emotions are natural. Developed by two moms one an educator the other a therapist, these soft (really soft) critters each have a beautiful cuddly way of expressing their lessons through board books and a affirmation card. (Each set has one study, 2 board books and affirmation card) a great gift for a birthday or special celebration….or a great new addition to a bed time reading routine.
