Ilitaqsiniq’s Quluaq Centre is looking for Afterschool Leaders for our afterschool program. The afterschool program is for children ages 5–12, Monday to Friday from 3:30–6:00 PM. Each week features a new theme, giving children the opportunity to learn through engaging literacy activities, games, and essential skills such as cooking and baking. The program provides a welcoming, safe space where kids can connect, learn, and have fun after school. Applications are available at the Quluaq Centre in the Arctic Connection building or can request via email.

The Quluaq Centre’s summer program for youth ages 8-10 has added an extra cohort. The camp has 5 separate cohorts, giving children the opportunity to explore, create, and play in a screen-free and device free environment. Participants will be selected on the Wednesday before the following cohort begins.

The CPNP Prenatal Program is a 14-session program designed for expectant mothers and mothers with children aged 0–18 months in Rankin Inlet. Participants meet four times a week to prepare for the arrival of their baby, learn about the importance of a healthy pregnancy, and build supportive connections within the community. Sessions include hands-on activities like sewing and family meal preparation.
