🧸🍓 A Picnic to Remember! 🍓🧸
What a beautiful day of community, connection, and childhood joy! 💛
The Child Development Centre was so proud to collaborate with CAPC and the North Cariboo Métis Association for our first annual Teddy Berry Picnic — and what a wonderful success it was! 🧺🐻
Our little ones and their families came together to enjoy laughter, friendship, delicious treats, fun activities, and plenty of teddy bear adventures. It was truly heartwarming to see children exploring, playing, creating memories, and simply enjoying being together. 🌸☀️
This event was a wonderful reminder of what can happen when community organizations come together with a shared commitment to supporting children and families. By working together, we create stronger connections, more opportunities, and a community where every child can feel welcomed, valued, and celebrated. 💕
A huge thank you to CAPC, the North Cariboo Métis Association, our amazing families, volunteers, and everyone who helped make our first Teddy Berry Picnic so special.
We are already looking forward to making next year’s picnic even bigger and better! 🧸🍓🌈
Together, we’re building a community where little hearts can grow, families can thrive, and memories can last a lifetime. 💖

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Elders Tea! ❤️
This special event was made possible through the wonderful collaboration between the Quesnel Tillicum Society Native Friendship Centre and our team at the CDC. Together, we created an afternoon filled with connection, laughter, delicious refreshments, and heartfelt conversations to honor and celebrate our Elders.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who volunteered their time, donated, helped with preparations, and contributed in so many ways. Your generosity, kindness, and community spirit made this event a memorable success.
Most importantly, thank you to our Elders for sharing your presence with us. It was an honor to spend the day together and celebrate you.
We look forward to creating many more meaningful gatherings that bring our community together. 💙
