Autumn Book Fair 2026- Grand Success!

The community came out in force throughout the week, with more than 560 visitors joining us and an incredible $8,050 raised. All funds raised will support programs for people with special needs in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to the QHS staff and students, JH Partners, Voice of English-speaking Québec, our wonderful volunteers, and everyone who donated books, puzzles and board games.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Ed Sweeney and the QHS students for their incredible support.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Book Fair such a success. We couldn’t have done it without you!

La Foire du livre d’automne 2026 d’Entrepreneurs SNACS a de nouveau connu un immense succès!

La communauté a répondu présente tout au long de la semaine : nous avons accueilli plus de 560 visiteurs et amassé la somme impressionnante de 8 050 $. Tous les fonds recueillis serviront à soutenir des programmes destinés aux personnes ayant des besoins particuliers dans notre communauté.

Un grand merci au personnel et aux élèves de Quebec High School, à Partenaires JH, à Voice of English-speaking Quebec, à nos merveilleux bénévoles, ainsi qu’à toutes les personnes qui ont fait don de livres, de casse-têtes et de jeux de société.

Nous tenons également à remercier tout particulièrement Ed et les élèves du Québec High School pour leur aide précieuse

Merci à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué au succès de cette édition de la Foire du livre. Nous n’aurions pas pu y arriver sans vous!

Way to go Paula! What a great success story! Keep up the great work!

For our first In The Spotlight feature, we’re celebrating a true success story — a journey from participant to employee.

Paula is an incredible, ambitious young person. For two years, they were a dedicated member of our Ausome Social Club, quickly becoming one of the most loved and appreciated participants. A natural connector, Paula always had a way of bringing people together.

That’s why it feels so fitting that they’ve now joined our team part-time as the club’s facilitator. We can’t wait to see the amazing activities Paula will create and to watch them help our members connect, grow, and build lasting friendships.
