For our first In The Spotlight feature, we’re celebrating a true success story — a journey from participant to employee.

Paula is an incredible, ambitious young person. For two years, they were a dedicated member of our Ausome Social Club, quickly becoming one of the most loved and appreciated participants. A natural connector, Paula always had a way of bringing people together.

That’s why it feels so fitting that they’ve now joined our team part-time as the club’s facilitator. We can’t wait to see the amazing activities Paula will create and to watch them help our members connect, grow, and build lasting friendships.
