SPHERE (Soutien à la personne handicapée en route vers l’emploi) est un organisme à but non lucratif qui favorise l’accès au marché du travail des personnes ayant des limitations physiques, intellectuelles, sensorielles, liées à la santé mentale ou à un trouble envahissant du développement. L’organisme collabore avec des centaines de partenaires pour favoriser l’intégration en emploi, mettre en œu
vre des formations adaptées avec stages en milieu de travail, soutenir des travailleurs autonomes et favoriser l’émergence de modèles d’intégration novateurs. Depuis 1997, plus de 10 000 chercheurs d’emploi et employeurs ont bénéficié des services de SPHERE-Québec. Le gouvernement du Québec participe au financement de SPHERE. SPHERE (Support for people with a handicap exploring the road to employment) is a national non-profit organization. Our goal is to foster the integration into the labour market of people with physical, intellectual, sensory limitations and those related to psychic or other pervasive developmental disorders. We work with hundreds of partners to foster integration in the workforce, implement adapted training with internships in the workplace, support self-employed workers and promote innovative integration models. Since 1997, more than 10,000 people seeking employment and employers have benefited from our services.
