Well now that Splash and Smash is over and things are not so hectic, we can finally catch up on a few things before our Kin year comes to an end for the summer. So with that being said, we’d like to introduce our newest member Kaden Sears who was inducted into the club at the start of June. Welcome to the Club buddy!

Also as many of you seen or heard, The Kinsmen Club of Provost had won the District 4 Governors’ Club of Distinction Award at the D4 Kinvention in Stettler AB. Along with Dylan Chopek winning the Kin Canada D4 Kinsmen of the year award and the National President Recognition Award! Although most of our club couldn’t make it Kinvention we wanted to show off our gratitude.

It is truly amazing that our small town club has been getting more and more recognition, changing and growing all the time. We are truly humbled and would like to thank everyone for the support. We’d like to wish everyone a safe summer and can’t wait to see what the next Kin season brings!

Last week we teamed up with Communities in Bloom again to do some more landscaping at the hospital/long term care. This year we ventured to the back side of the building to remove the old trees and shrubs, where some new junipers are being planted for a better view. So glad to be apart of this project and can’t wait to see what we tackle next year!
