Meet Taylor, one of our Toolbox to Trades students in Terrace, BC. On day one, Taylor was nervous to get up on the scaffold. Today, she independently installed this entire cantilever on her own.

Our Training Society instructors go above and beyond to create an environment where students feel supported and empowered to believe in themselves. Thank you Jason, Rob, Karen, and Don for your patience, dedication, and the lasting impact you continue to make.

A weld is only as good as the fit-up under it. A few millimetres off at layout, and no skill downstream saves it.

That's the fabricator's job: read the drawing, lay out and cut the steel, set heavy sections where "close enough" doesn't exist.

We're proud to support aspiring carpenters through Toolbox to Trades, helping participants develop practical skills, earn industry certifications, and take their first step toward a rewarding career.

To every apprentice, mentor, journeyperson, and instructor, thank you for building tomorrow. If you're interested in learning more about Toolbox to Trades, check out our website! We will be in South Slocan and Prince George this year.
