HARASSMENT-FREE WORKPLACE
The Lax Kw'alaams WAAP Housing Society is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional workplace for all employees, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
Harassment, intimidation, bullying, discrimination, abusive language, threats, or acts of violence directed toward employees will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes conduct that occurs in person, over the telephone, through email, text messages, social media, or any other form of communication.
All employees have the right to perform their duties in an environment free from fear, hostility, or abuse. Individuals who engage in harassing or threatening behaviour may be asked to leave the premises, have services restricted, and/or be reported to the appropriate authorities when necessary.
We ask all members of the public, tenants, contractors, and visitors to treat our employees with courtesy and respect at all times.
