Last year, something pretty special happened in Prince George.
Hundreds of people came together for the Prince George Parkinson SuperWalk, walking side-by-side, raising funds, sharing stories and showing people living with Parkinson’s that they are not walking this journey alone.
This Saturday, we have the opportunity to do it again.

For those living with Parkinson’s, and for the spouses, children, friends and caregivers who walk alongside them every single day, this event means so much more than simply putting one foot in front of the other.
It means hope. It means support. It means community.
Every person who registers, every dollar raised and every person who shows up at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park sends a powerful message:
We see you. We support you. And we are walking beside you.
Funds raised through SuperWalk help support research and the important programs, services and resources provided by Parkinson Society British Columbia.
So, Prince George, I have one simple ask:
Please show up.
Bring your family. Bring your friends. Register. Donate if you can. Walk with us. You may never fully know how much your presence means to someone whose life has been changed by Parkinson’s.
